SHIPPING POLICY
We ship orders Monday through Friday, and Saturdays before noon. We usually ship the same day if you order before noon; otherwise your order will be shipped the following day. Weekend orders may not ship until Monday.

We offer three shipping options: USPS Media Mail (4 to 10 days), USPS Priority (2 to 5 days), and UPS Ground (anywhere from 2 to 7 days, depending on your proximity to our Brooklyn office).

When you place your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note, items are assigned a tracking number once a shipping label is printed, so your items may not be in the mail yet even though you have a tracking number. Occasionally, the USPS will overestimate shipping costs by a good margin; if this is the case, the difference will be refunded to your original form of payment.

For international customers, we've added a "Simple Export Rate" for packages under 4 lbs. We ship to many countries via the USPS, DHL, and sometimes UPS (although they have a tendency to leverage surprise transfer fees in some countries.) Many international shippers charge customs or brokerage fees which won't be included in the shipping fee for your order. Please contact us if your preferred shipping method isn't listed, or if you don't see shipping options for your country.

RETURN POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase; we're happy you've made it! If it's not quite what you had in mind, or the item's condition isn't what you expected, please contact us within 7 days of receipt so we can arrange a return. All items we offer are listed with the most accurate descriptions and photos possible, so please read our descriptions and examine photos carefully before purchasing. Return shipping cost is the purchaser's responsibility and refunds will be processed when we receive the returned item in its original condition.

We pack our shipments with lots of care, so in the unlikely event an item is damaged during transit, please document the condition in which the parcel arrived and contact us immediately.
